ວາລະສານວິທະຍາສາດການເມືອງ-ການປົກຄອງ ເປັນວາລະສານວິຊາການ ຂອງສະຖາບັນການເມືອງ ແລະ ການປົກຄອງແຫ່ງຊາດ ທີ່ລົງເລິກສຶກສາຄົ້ນຄວ້າ ແລະ ເຜີຍແຜ່ເນື້ອໃນຜົນງານການຄົ້ນຄວ້າວິທະຍາສາດ ໃນຂົງເຂດວິທະຍາສາດການເມືອງ, ການປົກຄອງ, ວັດທະນະທໍາ, ສັງຄົມ.

Journal of Politics and Public Administration is an academic journal of the National Academy of Politics and Public Administration (NAPPA) that conducts in-depth research and publishes scientific research results in the fields of political science, governance, culture, and society.
The Journal of Politics and Public Administration plays a key role in promoting the process of scientific research and publication to publish the academic results of scientists, theorists, teachers, students, researchers, scholars within and outside NAPPA who have studied the theoretical system of Marxism-Leninism, Kaysone Phomvihane's ideology, the historical heritage of Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and the government of Laos, the Party's policy guidelines, public policies, regulations, and laws; and publishes research results in political science and governance, leadership science, and culture and society.
The Journal of Politics and Public Administration aims to be a platform for the exchange of ideas and knowledge in theory and behavior in the fields of politics, governance, public administration and culture and society in a systematic, rich, and diverse manner, with academic integrity and scientific character. The Journal is an important and necessary source of information to provide society, educational institutions including scientists, academics, theorists, researchers, students, scholars and those working in public management and administration, with easy access to and use of information sources of this journal.
